A Couple of Icky Days & A Very Happy Thing

IMG_4846Libby has had a couple of days of not feeling awesome but it’s all part of the process.

Overall, she’s just kinda feeling icky. She’s been having some stomach issues which they are trying to resolve. So, she is going to the hospital to have fluids daily and meets with her doctor twice a week. She can’t say enough good things about Emory.

On another note, you may remember that Libby and her donor may anonymously communicate for a year. Libby and family wrote notes to her donor and sent her a little care package at the beginning of this journey. Yesterday, Libby got a note from her donor! See below. It’s just so special.

Please continue to pray for Libby’s sweet donor and that her marrow keeps multiplying and being happy! That her doctors figure out and resolve the stomach issues. That her body gets stronger every day. That her family’s stamina remains strong.

Remember to vote for her daily (click here for how) for the Over 40 & Fabulous contest! And please remember that she has so many people who love her and are reaching out to her. If she doesn’t respond to your messages right away, she will when she can. Thank you for your patience!
